First Date Hypnosis

By Richard Brus

On a coffee date there is a couple of good ways to flirt. One such way is using a technique called Seductive Hypnotic Descriptions or SHD's. By talking about certain topics you can easily incorporate this technique within the context of your conversations. SDH's will cause women to subliminally experience the feelings necessary for them to feel attraction. The most important factor when building a connection with her that is based in sexual tension is how you can make her feel.

Seductive Hypnotic Descriptions work by incorporating certain words within the context of a story or description. These normal words have the possibility to be subliminally misinterpreted by the woman's subconscious mind. Normal words like 'wet' and 'hard' or 'smooth' and 'sensitive' all have connotations of sexuality attached to them. If you incorporate these words within a story you tell whilst speaking in a smooth seductive tone and rhythm, magic can happen.

Often women will reciprocate a question back to you and this is where you would use SHD's. You need to get the woman to ask you a particular question so you can use your SHD's and the easiest way to do this is to ask her the same question first.

The way to use this technique is to talk about a subject that lends itself to the possibility of you describing how you feel or think about something using a SHD. Asking a woman about the details of her very first kiss will sound strange to her if you don't lay the proper foundations for the question first. You might start by asking her where she went to school. Then you can ask her if she remembers what grade she was in when she had her very first boyfriend. From there it becomes much easier and somewhat natural to ask her a question like, "so does that mean you remember what your very first real kiss was like...?"

These kinds of questions allow her to relive the exciting romantic feelings she experienced while she is describing her first kiss to you. As she is telling you about her first kiss she will to some degree be experiencing those feelings whilst she is in your company. And the more she experiences those emotions around you, the more she'll become attracted to you. Questions like these also give you a great opportunity to use 'seductive hypnotic descriptions' to tell her about your first kiss when she reciprocates your question and asks you, "Do you remember your first kiss?"

This is when you can use a Seductive Hypnotic Description. An example might be, "...My first kiss I can definitely remember...we both ran under this big tree because it was raining and everywhere was wet...but even though I was wet, it wasn't hard to give in to the moment...I remember her how soft her lips were and how easy and natural it felt to be kissing her...even as we kissed droplets of rain fell onto our faces and wet our lips...and even though I was wet, the kiss warmed up my whole body...and that's why it's hard to forget..."

Now a lot of words in the above description can be associated with sexuality however they are not being used in that context. What gives a SHD its influence is the social innuendo that is attached to those words. When using words like these the sentences can become slightly confusing and this is what allows those suggestive words to bypass her conscious filters.

The actual tone and seductive rhythm you're using has to be very subtle and barely noticeable. The best way to achieve this is to just allow the pause in between the sentences to be just slightly longer than the usual length.

You can't overdo this method of seduction as it works best in small doses only. Your first date with a woman should be a short 40 minute coffee date. You wouldn't use any more than two SDH's in that time period. You'll definitely have to practice SHD's by yourself until you come up with a few good ones that you can use naturally. Think of the question that you want her to ask you and then ask her that same question after you've laid down the foundations to ask such a question. When she reciprocates the question you'll have you're perfectly rehearsed SHD to respond with. SHD's should only be one of the six flirting methods that you would use on a first date such as a coffee date. - 31985

Life coaching can basically be divided into two basic categories. The first category is personal life coaching, which helps you with the issues of your personal life. The strain and tension of everyday life leaves very little time for one to pursue personal dreams. In the course of this fight for survival, potentials happen to get wasted. A life coach can solve this problem by organizing the schedule of his/her client in a way that helps them balance the strings of their responsibilities. This is complemented by working on the motivation factor and pumping more optimism in the outlook.

Nowadays, coaching has become a popular profession, and there are many life coaches, which you can hire for their services. You can either find one through reference, or through the internet, or hire them to help you achieve your life dreams. - 31985

A Way to Prompt Hypnosis

By Christopher Cohen

To hypnotise someone and move the person into a state of subconscious relaxation is maybe more interesting and exciting an experience than getting hypnotized yourself. It needs a lot of patience and practice to be ready to prompt hypnosis and use it successfully.

It takes both the hypnotist and his subject to take part equally to be ready to achieve the specified results. In case the topic is unhappy to let go control of his consciousness, and allow himself to drift away into relaxation, it might obstruct the work of the hypnotist. Therefore , before starting to hypnotise a subject, it's necessary to clear all misconceptions patients usually carry about hypnosis, like they'll fall asleep or give out their secrets. It is imperative to build trust between the topic and the hypnotist. The topic should be sure that the sole point of hypnotising him is that his mind would receive the message better in that state and respond more positively. Once the topic is prepared, the process of hypnotism begins.

The subject should be seated in a comfortable position, uncross his arms and legs, wear loose clothes, and breathe deep. The room should preferably be quiet and dimly lit for better concentration. The hypnotist should speak in a steady, controlled, monotone voice, repeating phrases and getting the topic to sail smoothly and effortlessly together with hypnotist's voice. Instructions like, breathe deeply, let go, relax forget your fears and tensions, you are perfectly relaxed now, deeper, higher etc are quite dynamic in achieving the desired results. The hypnotist can intensify usefulness of his technique by stroking the limbs, and talking slowly, permitting sufficient time for each instruction to sink in. At no point of time should the hypnotist force himself upon the subject and annoy the thoroughly purchased subconscious state of the topic. In case, the specified results aren't achieved in the 1st attempt, a patient 2nd attempt should be made.

When the topic has been brought under hypnotism, exercise utmost care as this experience can be terrifying or unnerving for some. It's required to make the topic feel secure. Comforting phrases like do not worry, you are completely safe, everything's fine, you are in safe hands can help a hypnotist claim control without scaring the subject.

When bringing back the topic to awakened conscious, hypnotist must be equally careful. Don't jerk the topic out of his state of relaxation. Again, go slow, count form one to 5 and lead the topic out of his subconsciousness. Keep telling the topic that he is going to feel far better, fresh, energetic and revamped.

Across the process, the subject shouldn't get even the smallest inkling of any hesitancy or shortage of confidence on the part of the hypnotist. The topic must feel that the hypnotist is perfectly in control, that he won't permit any harm to come to the topic. Only then does the subject give up control and surrender himself totally to the hypnotist. Therefore to prompt hypnosis, hypnotist should have ultimate self-esteem in his capability and craft. Only then can he achieve successful induction. .
